RE: Neighborhood Meeting Notice – 305 East Jefferson Medical Office Plaza
Dear Resident,
Boise City Code requires and opportunity for a meeting between applicant of a development proposal and the residents of the neighborhood in which the development site is located and be provided prior to formal submittal of the development application to the city. This letter is such notice of an opportunity to review and discuss the proposed Medical Office building. This is not a public hearing; public officials will not be present. If you have any questions regarding the Boise City Code neighborhood pre-application meeting requirements, please contact the Planning Division of the Planning and Development Services Department at 384-3830.

Purpose: To review and provide comments regarding the proposed Medical Office Building to be located at 305 East Jefferson Street

Project Description: New (5) story Medical Office Building with at grade parking and (3) levels of underground parking garage. An enclosed sky bridge is planned at the (3rd) floor level that will cross avenue ‘B’ connecting to existing St. Luke’s facilities. A conditional use application will be submitted for the development, necessary for the height exception of the building in an H-S District (Health Service) and a reduction in parking requirements.
