The State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) has partnered with T-Mobile and the FCC to reassess the Warm Springs Historic District. This survey will pinpoint which homes are considered historically significant and includes an expansion from Mobley to Old Pen Rd, with the intent to incorporate this area into the district. Understand that inclusion in a historic district can have significant implications; it might increase your property's worth, but it also comes with potential financial burdens and restrictions on your property rights. Review the attached document to check if your home is affected. Contact Tricia Canaday the director at the Idaho State Historical Society (SHPO) for more information, tricia.canaday@ishs.idaho.gov, 208-488-7462 for more information.
